Air Refueling Flight

Jamie had the opportunity to go on an air refueling flight with the Fairchild Air Force Base. She is a member of the Honorary Commanders, which pairs up business leaders in the community with various commanders on base to learn and understand the importance they have.

Nick's birthday

We were blessed to have some friends come to town for Nick's birthday. We started by going to Shogun's Restaurant, which is a hibachi grill type where the chef's cook right in front of you. Then we went to the Spokane Chiefs hockey game.

Nick proposes!

Nick proposes and Jamie says yes! Nick took Jamie out to Coeur d'Alene for the night. We ate at Red Lobster (Jamie loves seafood), then went for a walk around Coeur d'Alene. The Coeur d'Alene Resort  has the longest floating dock in the world, which leads to a beautiful bridge over the water. It was atop that bridge that he proposed.

Wisconsin Trip for Laura's Wedding

We flew to Wisconsin for Laura's wedding. Laura is Jamie's step sister (Tim married Jamie's mom Linda, and Laura is his oldest daughter). It was later revealed that Nick asked Jamie's mom for permission to marry her on this trip.

California Trip

Jamie told Nick to have an extended weekend off, and didn't tell him why. She kind-of led him to believe that they were going camping, but surprised him with a trip to California!
